In die casting, the correct temperature control of the tools is important; it has a direct influence on the quality of the end products and affects the production costs. Automated control systems from Bürkert ensure precisely reproducible results.

In aluminium die casting, the water lines in the cooling circuit run directly through the tools. The cooling water flow is usually controlled using the classic on/off method and adjusted by means of manual valves. The process is time-consuming, not reproducible and pressure fluctuations reduce the performance of the systems.
