The Heilig Conical V-Mixer is designed for accurate and gentle mixing of powders, granules and pastes. Thanks to the unique combination of a rotating mixing screw, a rotating orbit arm and gravity, the mixer delivers excellent homogeneity while minimizing product degradation, heat generation and energy consumption.
The mixer is available in both pintle-bearing (PL) and cantilever (VD) designs and can be fully customized to meet specific process requirements. Typical applications include food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, minerals, plastics and battery materials.
