Hosokawa Micron B.V. introduces the 50-litre Vitomix, a compact and mobile ribbon mixer specifically developed for R&D, pilot plants and small-scale production environments. The mixer combines adjustable low to high mixing energy with excellent reproducibility and gentle product handling, making it ideal for applications with high demands on mixing quality and flexibility.

The 50-litre Vitomix is based on a unique symmetrical ribbon technology and an optimised vessel design. This results in high product velocities and an intensive yet gentle mixing action. A homogeneous mixture is achieved within a short time, without unwanted product damage. Depending on the process settings, the mixer is suitable for powders, pastes and slurries.
