The JEL Konti II CTM is a continuous, dust-free screening machine for a wide range of products and screening tasks. It is particularly suitable for toxic or highly active substances and hygiene-critical applications. Operation and screen insert replacement are tool-free and do not require containment breach.

Thanks to its low-dead-space design and enlarged radii, the machine can be cleaned quickly and without leaving any residue. The screen insert can be removed from the front like a drawer – without dismantling or disconnecting it from the product flow.

A special containment system with foil bags enables the entire screening process, including insert replacement, to be carried out under closed conditions.
