New SCD10.14 filter control unit

The new redesign of the SCD 10.14 filter control unit will be presented at PowtechTechnopharm 2025. This in-house developed filter control unit is used in dust filters from ts-systemfilter gmbh. It is used to pulse the solenoid valves in the filter apparatus for industrial dust extraction technology.

The control unit implements control and monitoring functions and is equipped with a ∆p measurement of the differential pressure. Cleaning can be either time-controlled or ∆p-dependent with switching thresholds and pause time control.

The control unit is equipped with automatic valve detection. The valve outputs can be diagnosed and are short-circuit-proof.
