The WAGNER automatic bag emptying machine, Model WAMA-SE-KE, is designed to empty bags as cleanly and dust-free as possible.
The bags to be emptied are fed into the machine horizontally via a conveyor belt, gripped by the pins of the two special emptying chain belts, and cut open at the bottom by a rotating circular blade.
Due to the special arrangement of the discharge chain belts, the cut-open bag is pulled apart along its entire length and then folded upward. This maximum expansion of the cut opening ensures complete emptying of the bag, depending on the bulk material. Additional discharge aids are available as an option for difficult-to-handle bulk materials.
