You may be surprised to learn that YTRON machines have a lower connected load than those of our competitors. With our InLine powder dispersing machines in particular, we generally manage with less than half the connected load.
This is because we use highly effective dispersing machines to disperse the dry materials, although these do not have a significant pumping effect. InLine dispersers with their own pumping action do, in fact, have a drawback. The effectiveness of powder feed is limited by the pumping function. Furthermore, the higher the viscosity, the more the effectiveness decreases.
