POWTECH TECHNOPHARM Competition
- Invite your customers to POWTECH TECHNOPHARM using your individual free voucher code. For this purpose, you may use the invitation management system with automated dispatch of your invitations directly via the TicketCenter.
- The exhibitor who has invited the highest number of visitors using their individual free voucher code by 28 September 2026 at 12:00 noon will win.
Terms and Conditions of Participation – POWTECH TECHNOPHARM Competition
1. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is NürnbergMesse GmbH, Messezentrum, 90471 Nuremberg, Germany, as organiser of POWTECH TECHNOPHARM (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
The information provided will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the competition.
Participation in the competition is only possible subject to the conditions set out herein. By participating, the participant expressly acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Participation. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons.
2. The competition begins on 11 August 2026 and ends on 28 September 2026 at 12:00 noon.
3. There is a POWTECH TECHNOPHARM prize package to be won in the competition. It includes 5 tickets for the exhibitors’ evening on 30 September 2026, each worth €45, one social media post on the POWTECH TECHNOPHARM channels during the exhibition, the exclusive marketing service ‘Logo on the digital hall plan’ worth €275 for your participation in the 2028 exhibition, and a merchandise pack worth €50.
Each participant may participate once in the competition and may receive only one prize.
4. Participation in the competition is automatic for any exhibitor of POWTECH TECHNOPHARM who, during the period specified in Section 2, invites visitors to POWTECH TECHNOPHARM using their individual free voucher code.
Participation in this competition is voluntary. If you do not wish to take part in our competitions, you may object at any time by sending a brief notification to powtech-technopharm@nuernbergmesse.de.
Participation in the competition is neither dependent upon placing an order with or using a service provided by the Organiser nor upon consent to the use of the participant’s data for marketing purposes. Every participant has an equal chance of winning.
Participation in the competition is free of charge. However, where competitions are offered online, participants must have an internet connection in order to access the relevant website. Any costs incurred in this connection shall be borne by the participant.
Any natural person aged 18 years or older (worldwide) is eligible to participate in the competition. Excluded from participation are employees of the Organiser and their relatives, all service providers and partners of the Organiser, and all other persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition. Participation via sweepstake clubs and automated services is excluded.
By participating, the participant confirms that they meet the requirements for eligibility and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
5. After the participation period has ended, the winner(s) will be selected based on the competition criteria, excluding public participation.
Participation in the competition requires full compliance with Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
6. The winner(s) will be notified by email by the Organiser on 29 September 2026.
7. To the extent that personal data of participants are collected as part of the competition, such data will be collected, processed and used by the Organiser exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be deleted after the conclusion of the competition.
Each participant is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data submitted.
8. The personal data of participants will be collected and used by the Organiser in compliance with the applicable data protection provisions.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by deleting the relevant contribution. In this case, the participant simultaneously declares that they no longer wish to participate in the competition.
9. Cash payment of prizes is not possible.
Prize claims may not be transferred or assigned to other persons.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Any invalid provision shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Participation at any time.

1. Processing of Your Personal Data in Connection with the Competition
We process your personal data for the proper conduct and administration of the competition.
For the purpose of conducting the competition, the data provided during exhibitor registration will be collected and stored.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties beyond this scope.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract).
If we separately publish the first and last name of the winner(s) on our profile or fan page, or announce such names externally, for example in our online shop, this will only be done on the basis of the winner’s or winners’ prior express consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
2. Storage duration
After the end of the competition, your personal data processed as part of the competition will be deleted no later than three months after the end of the competition, unless you have given your effective consent for further processing and/or we have no legitimate interest in further storage.
3. Your rights as a data subject
The applicable data protection law grants you the data subject rights listed below if the respective legal requirements are met:
