Session description
Incorrect mixing – typical mistakes and their consequences in solid mixing
A homogeneous solid mix is crucial for the quality of the end product. However, problems often arise not despite, but precisely because of improper mixing. Excessive filling levels, excessive mixing times, or excessive rotation frequencies can significantly impair product quality. In addition to these “cardinal sins,” there are numerous minor errors that often go unnoticed but have a major impact.
In this presentation, we analyze the most common errors in solid mixing and demonstrate practical solutions to ensure uniform homogeneity and the desired product properties.
