Running multiple SKUs on the same equipment improves asset utilization, but frequent changeovers increase cleaning effort, labor demand, and downtime. Results from an independent AZO trial showed cleaning time reductions of up to 83%, even for oily products and hard-to-clean equipment. This presentation explores practical strategies to shorten changeovers while maintaining sanitary standards.
